We found dozens of them in Okanogan county, about a mile in on the Alta Lake entrance road near Pateros.. In mid July 2019 they were very active feeding their young.

Subject: [Tweeters] Bank Swallow colonies

Hello tweets,

I’m trying to find out where Bank Swallows breed in Washington. I know several places in Grant Co. but have lost track of other colonies, and I know they have waxed and waned over the years. So I’m asking for notices of any colony you have seen in the last few years and any possible estimates of numbers, even “a few” or “lots” or “OMG, they darkened the sky.”
