[Tweeters] Skagit Prairie Falcon

On the way home today, I got a Prairie Falcon sitting on a pole in the
rain.  It was south of Bayview, just north of the southern Padilla Bay
Trailhead on Bayview Edison Rd.  It was an exciting find after seeing a Gyr
and Peregrin earlier in the day.  At the intersection of Bayview Edison and
Samish Island Rd I got a Kestrel.  Too bad my neighborhood Merlin wasn't
around when I got home.  Not bad for not planning on birding today!
