[Tweeters] Snowy owl pellets?

For many years the Puget Sound Bird Fest at Edmonds has had a program of children dissecting sanitized owl pellets under supervision.  The pellets were provided by a senior member of the Pilchuck Audubon Society, so I am sure they were legal.
