[Tweeters] Birds trapped in eye of Dorian hurricane

David Burch of Starpath School of Navigation in Seattle devised a method to combine data and photographs from NOAA with Google Maps to show the passing of hurricane Dorian over NOAA buoys located in or near the path of the storm. On 5 Sep the storm passed directly over NOAA buoy 41004 of the coast of the Carolinas.
