I did not have my camera and so I was not able to take any pictures. The bird had a bright rufous red cap and a broad white supercilium that went to the back of the head. It was less white in front of the eye. There was a dark eye line and an eye ring. The breast was a rich rusty buff and the belly was white. The upperparts were a bright Buffy red with white feather edges. The bill was dark and the legs were yellow."
