[Tweeters] White-throated Sparrow at Union Bay; Kings

Hi all,
Yesterday Delia and I spent three hours at the Union Bay Natural Area at UW, but it's not what we saw.We met a very nice father there with a camera who had just seen a White-throated Sparrow (and had a diagnostic photo) on the main path from the E-6 lot to the Osprey nest.


I was delighted to see Gene Stagner's post remarking on the amazing red in some Golden-crowned Kinglet's which is shown to great effect when they take a bath or get excited..  We see this occasionally on Butyl Creek, and here is a link to my most recent shot of this stunning glamour bird. They aren't called Kings for nothing.
