[Tweeters] RFI: California (Western?) Scrub Jay sighting / Caryn / Wedgwood

They are increasing in population in our area. There are a couple of locations in Mt. Vernon, where EBird still designates them as rare. There also are established populations in Everett, Marysville and Stanwood, likely in King County, too
