I have this book which covers Patagonia, many subantarctic islands and
Antarctica. In both the Chile's and Argentina's side (like Ushuaia) of
the Beagle Channel you will find quite few Antarctic birds which
migrate north to South America or South Africa, like for instance the
Antarctic Tern:

Unfortunately the book is out print and it's a bit expensive to buy
used. There are others available but I can't vouch for them.
