Here's a rebuttal to this collar, which has actually been around for a number of years. Even if it does cut down (not stop) bird murders, there's still the other problems of cats outdoors including spreading disease to each other, other critters, AND humans. http://www.10000birds.com/can-birds-be-safe-if-only.htm

So people, quit trying to justify having your cats outside. You are the boss of your cat and can eventually train it to like the indoor life. I've done it, and you can, too.
