I don't remember it being a topic on Tweeters, but yes, if it was a black-and-white one, that Muscovy has been in Kingston for awhile. I observed it on 14 February, perched high on top of a lamp post.

I forgot to add in my earlier post that when Jon
and I arrived at the Kingston Ferry terminal
around 6:15 this morning there was a Muscovy (or
Muscovy type) Duck on one of the dock pilings.
Perhaps this has already been a topic on Tweeters
but if so I missed it. Has it been around for
awhile?  Any information/thoughts/observations?
