I agree with Wayne that the likelihood of this being a Carolina Wren is vanishingly small. Still, it would be easy enough for Seattle birders to relocate this spot, given the location coordinates -- which even open up an image of the location -- a well-known foot-bridge over Ravenna Ravine. A caution on song -- Thryothorus wrens are appropriately famous for the enormous store of sound elements they master, which are frequently reorganized into novel patterns, so song should be considered as only a secondary aid to ID. If the buffy underparts alleged in the sighting can be confirmed along with a careful look at the upper side of the tail, then this sighting would rapidly gain credebility, though how the bird made it's way to Seattle would still be a matter for debate.
