[Tweeters] Rattlesnake Ridge Crossbills

A nice hike Sunday morning to Rattlesnake Ridge got above the Puget Sound fog quickly and into bright sunshine. Although wintertime produces little diversity—only 11 species today—there were some notables:

Red Crossbills and a Gray Jay at Stan’s Overlook
Western Tanager a little higher, giving its typical priddick call
Northern Pygmy Owl, also about 2500 ft
