Hello Tweets,
Went to M St in Auburn this morning about 8:00 a.m. and did not find any Black-necked Stilts, but a male Cinnamon Teal had joined the Green-winged Teals, Northern Shovelers, American Wigeon and Mallards. There were also two Greater Yellowlegs, a flock of about a dozen Least Sandpipers and singing Common Yellowthroats and Marsh Wrens among other birds. I took a friend back at about 3:30 p.m. and the Cinnamon Teal was not there.

I birded several other places around Kent and found Yellow-rumped Warblers and Common Yellowthroats at the "remodeled" Boeing Ponds where a pair of Ruddy Ducks are still present. YRWA and COYE were also seen at Green River Natural Area, and on S 204th St in Kent. There were no BNST there either. I thought it was noteworthy that there is a flock of 27 Eurasian Collared-Doves on a barn along Frager Road. It's the largest accumulation of these doves that I've seen in this area.
