Today I scoped and scanned at Point no Point in Kitsap County from about 8AM until about 2:30PM. The Little Gull showed me no love.
At 8AM there was a lot of fog. By low tide at 10AM, the fog had receded and the BONAPARTE'S GULLS had arrived in large numbers. The viewing was excellent, though some bonies were too far out to scope. I gave it a good go, but had to settle for the birds below.

Red-throated Loon
Pacific Loon - some still w/ silvery napes
Common Loon
Pied-billed Grebe
Red-necked Grebe
Horned Grebe
Western Grebe
DC Cormorant
Pelagic Cormorant
Surf Scoter
White-winged Scoter
Common Merganser - a flock of 20 flew over; no adult males
Parasitic Jaeger - 1 adult; it surprised me that with all the bonaparte's activity, there were no jaegers until about 1:30PM, long after the feeding frenzy and the bonies had dispersed
Heermann's Gull
California Gull
Bonaparte's Gull - huge number; 1 bird extremely light; digiscoped photo http://www.pbase.com/marvbreece/image/152960754
Common Murre
Pigeon Guillemot
Marbled Murrelet - 2
Ancient Murrelet - 3 ; they flew by and went directly from air to underwater
Rhinoceros Auklet
