Hello Tweets,
I was able to get brief looks at the Edmonds Palm Warbler that's been
hanging around the Edmonds Marsh a couple hours ago. Although it's been
consistently seen at the same seen in the same spot since Bill Anderson
first posted photos last week, but has only been seen in the middle of the
day for short periods. Either it is skulking very well or moving around a
larger area in a circuit.

For those not familiar with the Edmonds marsh, the link below should take
you to an overhead view of the area:

The warbler has been seen in the area between the platform at the end of
the west boardwalk and the train tracks, either in the blackberries
directly on the other side of the fence, or in the (juniper?) trees closer
to the tracks.

As I said earlier, the bird may be moving around in a small area so
checking the trees and bushes near the marsh and on the other side of the
train tracks could be successful. Do NOT try to access the other side of
this area by using the railroad tracks. They just had someone throw
themselves in front of a train in this area last week and I don't think
they'll have much patience for trespassers.

The bird was silent for everyone I know whose seen it and has not seemed to
respond to playback so probably best to just hang out and keep your eyes
open.
