[Tweeters] posting guidelines

Here is a direct quote from the Tweeters guidelines that makes it
pretty clear (emphasis added). For example, Paul Bannick's course is
sponsored by non-profit Audubon, so would qualify for a one-time
announcement on Tweeters.
