[Tweeters] Dipper Egg/Fledge Dates

I saw a fledged AMERICAN DIPPER on Thursday, 25 April 2013, in Skamania
County. I'm under the impression that American Dippers fledge 38-43 days
after the eggs are laid, so this means the eggs for this nest were laid
March 13-18, or perhaps earlier, as I do not know how long ago the young
dipper fledged.

Does anyone know if this is typical for Washington? Prior to this, I've
seen baby dippers much later in the year, but perhaps because I was looking
at second broods?

Thanks in advance.
