Returned to Woodland Bottoms at mid-day today and re-located the Tufted Duck (believed to be a sub-adult male) on  the Columbia River just south of Caples Road. It was within a group of 40+ scaup.
Also, was able to sort out the Clark's Grebe within a flock of 90 Westerns in the same area.
Other birds of interest were 8 Black-bellied plovers (full breeding plumage) and 22 Dunlin in the ponded field at Dike and Caples Rds.
