Pioneer Dental Group is looking for a new doctor to join our growing practice in Oregon City. This opportunity is for a full time associate or a trial partner. Our goal is for a long-term relationship, leading to a partnership should the associate and owner choose to do so. New graduates and dentists with 1-year experience are our preferred applicants, which also includes graduates from any residency programs, including but not exclusively from GPR and AEGD programs. Dentists with more experience are welcome to apply. Currently the office is on track to collect around $3,700,000 this year with 2 associate doctors and 4 hygienists. The office has 8 operatories and is equipped to add 2 more rooms. It is also equipped with a cone beam, panorex, implant motors, Global surgical microscope and iTero intraoral scanner. All 8 operatories are equipped with electric handpieces, endodontic motors, intraoral cameras and radiographic sensors. The office places and restores Neodent GM Helix implants. Patients have the option of IV, nitrous or oral sedation. Our full-time position includes a 4-day work week schedule, 3 weeks unpaid vacation and sick time, medical and dental coverage. Compensation is based on 30% of net production. Current associates make between $30,000 to $45,000 per month.
