PhD students on grants that were unexpectedly terminated in or since Spring Quarter 2025. The quarterly disbursements will include tuition, benefits, and costing allocations in Workday as appropriate. <u></u><u></u></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">The funding will be on a quarterly basis and requires a match from the department. This means that if the Graduate School funds a PhD student for one quarter, the
department must fund the same student for a second quarter. There is no expectation of continued funding through this mechanism, and departments must reapply for each request beyond the original commitment.<u></u><u></u></span></p>
