Potential areas of interest include (but are not limited to) 1) development and application of ecosystem- and Earth-system models to quantify risk or assess ecosystem-climate feedbacks, 2) data-analytical approaches, such as application of synoptic-scale analyses to address climate impacts on the hydrosphere or biosphere, or 3) statistical attribution of weather- and climate-related events to anthropogenic climate change.
