I’m teaching a graduate seminar this quarter SMEA 587
<https://www.washington.edu/students/timeschd/WIN2026/smea.html> on
"Qualitative Methods: Theory and Practice for Environmental Social
Science.” We have some open seats and I’d love to get a few more students
from across disciplines and units.
The course is intended to support all stages of the research process. We
lean toward critical, environmental justice, participatory/engaged
approaches. Students will be able to think with their own
projects-in-development throughout the duration of the quarter, including
for most assignments.
Please spread the word if you know of folks or Listserves that may be
interested!
Thanks and Happy New Year,
Griff
