[pccgrads] Winter Welcome Wrap up and the 2025 PCC Summer Institute Theme

On Wednesday, February 26th, the PCC community gathered for the 11th annual Winter Welcome. On the day of the Winter Welcome everyone was invited to vote on the next summer institute theme by google poll. The winner was announced at the Winter Welcome and now here....

2025 PCC Summer Institute: Paleoclimate Perspectives on Future Climate
Professors Kyle Armour (Atmos/Ocean) and Eric Steig (ESS) offered to organize, and will be given the comments you all submitted through the google poll.

The Summer Institute is at Friday Harbor Labs in the San Juan Islands Sept. 10-12.
Details will be posted to the Summer Institute page<https://pcc.uw.edu/events/pcc-summer-institute/> as they become available.
