Pacific Grove, California. This two-week, in-person program is designed for
graduate students, postdocs, and early-career scientists interested in
global ocean state estimation and its applications in oceanography and
climate science.


About the Summer School



The program will feature:

   - Foundational lectures on ocean state estimation, climate variability,
   and large-scale ocean dynamics
   - Hands-on projects using Estimating the Circulation and Climate of the

*Who Should Apply*



The Summer School is open to graduate students, postdocs, and early-career
researchers in oceanography, climate science, geophysics, and related
disciplines. No prior experience with ECCO is required, but familiarity
with numerical ocean models and data analysis is beneficial.



There is no registration fee to attend. Housing and meals are provided for
all accepted applicants. Limited travel support is also available.
