Rossbypalooza 2024 offers a unique opportunity for graduate students and
postdocs to explore climate and extreme events through a project-oriented
approach.

Below is a brief overview of our Summer School program:

   -

   Rossbypalooza 2024: A two-week project-oriented summer school catering
   to individuals from diverse fields of atmospheric, oceanic, and planetary
   sciences.
   -

   Dates and Location: July 22nd to August 2nd, 2024 / Chicago, IL
   -

   Theme: "Climate and Extreme Events"
   -

   Objective: To provide a platform for interactions among students and
   faculty to understand climate extremes, their impacts, and their connection
   to climate change from various perspectives including small-to-large-scale
   dynamics and data-driven methodologies. More details can be found on our
