Reporting to the State Hazard Mitigation Officer, this position is
responsible for providing senior-level emergency management outreach and
coordination for Hazard Mitigation Assistance Grant program.  This position
will represent the Emergency Management Division to federal, tribal, and
county/local mitigation partners during hazard mitigation outreach efforts
to identify and develop eligible risk-reduction projects statewide for
grant application rounds.  Additionally, this position is responsible for
providing emergency management outreach and complex grant application round
coordination to ensure robust participation in all available hazard
mitigation assistance grant rounds eligible for communities statewide.
