I hope your summer is going well. My name is Kelsey Murphy, and I am a
4th-year PhD student at Rice University. I recently joined your
university's listserv and am reaching out with an exciting opportunity.


I am co-convening a session titled "Paleoclimate for Sustainable Water
Strategies

at the upcoming PAGES Open Science Meeting, which will be held in Shanghai,
China, in May 2025. This session explores how insights from paleoclimate
studies can inform sustainable water management strategies. I have
attached a more detailed description of the session to this email.


Abstract submissions are now open and will be accepted until December 1st.
I believe this is a valuable opportunity for student researchers in the
field and would greatly appreciate it if you could share this information
with the pccgrads listserv and other relevant groups within your network.
