With a FLAS fellowship from Canadian Studies, graduate students can study:

·  *FRENCH* (2nd year or above) – available for summer 2024 or the
2024-2025 academic year

·  *INUKTUT *(the Inuit language) – available for the 2024-2025 academic
year, taught in person at UW by Jason Young (senior research scientist,
Information School)

Students may apply for the summer, academic year, or both:

·  *Academic Year: $18,000 tuition scholarship, $20,000 living stipend*

·  *Summer: $5,000 tuition scholarship, $3,500 living stipend*
