The Center for Teaching and Learning offers a series of courses for
graduate students interested in developing and strengthening their teaching
skills. These courses focus on evidence-based teaching practices that apply
across disciplines and prepare students for success in the job market.

This summer they are offering:

*GRDSCH 595 Teaching and Learning in Higher Education: From Campus to
Career <http://www.washington.edu/students/timeschd/SUM2019/grad.html>*

*Online (2 credits) credit/no-credit*

GRDSCH 595 focuses on the development of teaching materials for academic
job searches. Students will develop engaging and comprehensive written
materials that dovetail with research materials. The course includes online
group work, peer review, and mock interviews. Recommended for advanced
graduate students, year 3 or beyond.
