Hi there PCC!

Come support and learn about climate science in the classroom on *Wednesday
Dec. 4 (tomorrow) at 2pm in OCN 425*.

Select students from Sammamish High School will present results from
geoengineering assessments they made for their AP Environmental Science and
Frontiers in Science classes. They are looking forward to presenting their
results to real climate scientists at UW and fielding your questions.

These projects are part of a curriculum developed in 2018 by Michael
Diamond (ATMS, as part of his PCC Capstone), Andre Perkins (ATMS *19), and
Sammamish High School science teachers Lisa Neshyba and Kristin Larson.
This year, the curriculum was continued and updated in collaboration with
Adam Sokol (ATMS) and Greta Shum (ATMS).
