This event will bring together a broad network of experts and leaders to
identify shared regional and local needs and opportunities related to *climate
change, extreme precipitation, and stormwater management*.

This spring convening will feature plenaries from local experts,
interactive table discussions on observed and projected climate changes,
and dynamic panel discussions on stormwater management practices. Speakers
include James Rufo-Hill, Seattle Public Works and Guillaume Mauger,
University of Washington’s Climate Impacts Group. The final agenda will be
made available closer to the event.

The event is open to staff from federal, state, and local agencies;
sovereign tribal nations; non-governmental organizations; academia; and the
private sector.

*About the Collaborative: *The Puget Sound Climate Preparedness
Collaborative was established in 2017 by a consortium of local, regional,
and tribal governments and public agencies to enhance regional coordination
and advance climate change preparedness efforts in the Puget Sound region.
