Dear PCC community,

As many of you know, on February 24th the president signed executive order
13777, "Enforcing the Regulatory Reform Agenda". In compliance with this,
the EPA designated a task force to evaluate existing regulations and is
seeking public input in this process. The regulations being evaluated
include the Clean Power Plan, federal fuel economy and emissions standards,
and the chemical facility risk management program.

They especially welcome letters from people with relevant professional
experience and credentials -- that's us! Please take this opportunity to
inform these important enviro policy decisions.

To make it more fun, we're hosting a *drop-in letter-writing tomorrow,
Friday from 4:30 - 5:30 pm in ATG 406*. Come by with you laptop and craft
your message to the EPA. And afterwards, celebrate at the Oceanography
First Friday!
