I’m forwarding this from Carrie Lee, a past PCC grad and fellow, who now works as the Sustainability Program Coordinator at King County Metro Transit. I had been asking for volunteer opportunities for those of you interested in getting out there…

Carrie says this internship is more geared toward urban planning and evans students. But [she] would love to get an intern who’s excited about working on sustainability related efforts too. Can’t say enough about this being a great team to work with.

Job Summary
King County Metro Transit is currently offering year-long internships to interested graduate-level college students, or veterans who may or may not be graduate students, and who are interested in Transportation Planning and Market Development. The time period of the internships will be June, 2017 to June, 2018. Our interns receive a free transit pass.
