[pccgrads] IGERT Winter Seminar: Marco Hatch, Feb 17

The IGERT Winter Seminar Series will continue on February 17, 2015 with
speaker Marco Hatch.

Dr. Hatch is a marine ecologist who received his Ph.D. in Biological
Oceanography from Scripps Institution of Oceanography at UC San Diego. He
is a member of the Samish Indian Nation, and directs the Salish Sea
Research at Northwest Indian College. The Salish Sea Research is charged
with preparing the next generation of native environmental scientists and
leaders through fostering respect for indigenous knowledge and providing
students with a solid background in scientific methods.

Please join us for his talk, entitled "Resilience of Coastal Salish Food
Systems", from 4:30 - 5:30, Tuesday, February 17, 2015, in Fisheries 102. A
reception with food and beverages will follow.
