COVID-19 Community Levels
The CDC has released COVID-19 Community Levels<https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/science/community-levels.html>, a new tool to help communities decide what prevention steps to take based on the latest data. Levels can be low, medium, or high and are determined by the use of hospital beds, hospital admissions, and the total number of new COVID-19 cases in an area.
Period Poverty: A Growing Public Health Concern
Period poverty is defined as the lack of access to sanitary products, appropriate facilities, and medically-sound information about menstruation. It is a growing public health concern with wide-ranging implications for women's health.
