Instructional Assistant</b> positions for the 2025-26 academic year. HMA is a discussion-based math enrichment program for advanced middle and high school students (grades 7-10). The classes are taught by UW faculty and other experienced instructors. </div>

HMA is a new and fast-growing program — after launching with 40 students in fall 2024, we are doubling to 80 this year. This is our first time hiring instructional assistants, so responsibilities will evolve as we refine the program. We’re looking for adaptable,
flexible people comfortable in a start-up style environment. If you need a fully detailed plan from the outset, this position is not a good fit.</div>
