[Mathmajors] AUT23/MATH 381B sln 23526 new section open for Math Juniors/Seniors

Dear math majors,

We know many of you would like to take Math 381 but have difficulty getting a seat in the course.  Thanks to the math faculty, we are able to open a second section of the course for autumn quarter and have made it available today to Math majors who are juniors and seniors.
