new Digestive Health & Endoscopy Outpatient Medical Center (OPMC) has opened at UW Medical Center–Northwest. This state-of-the-art, 13,570-square-foot facility features 4 procedure rooms, 12 admit/recovery bays, and 8 exam rooms to support our Digestive Health
Clinic. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

A ribbon‑cutting ceremony was held on January 12, bringing together the new OPMC staff, faculty, and health system leaders to mark the opening of the new facility. This project has been several years in development, and its launch represents a significant milestone.
The OPMC model integrates GI clinics with low‑acuity, high‑volume endoscopy to enhance efficiency and better serve patient needs and is expected to significantly improve patient access.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
