Even if you’ve always studied alone, you may find it helpful to form study groups and talk through the material you’re encountering in your upper-division courses.<br class=""><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">With that in mind, the Math Department is pleased to announce the continuation of the Math Major Study Hall in Autumn 2022.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class=""><div class="">Math Major Study Hall</div><div class="">Autumn 2022</div><div class="">CMU B-006</div><div class="">M-Th 12:30-3:30 pm</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">We ran a pilot of the MMSH in Spring of 2022 that included staffing by Math grad student TAs for consultation and assistance. Unfortunately, there are just not enough TAs to go around in Autumn to staff the MMSH, but the room is reserved for Math and ACMS majors to gather and study during these hours. Please note that this is a classroom space on weekday mornings so please keep it clean.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Outside of these hours, the Math Library in PDL C-306 is a good place to study, alone or in groups, and there are lots of group study spaces on campus that you can reserve: <a href="https://www.lib.washington.edu/services/spaces/study/" class="">https://www.lib.washington.edu/services/spaces/study/</a></div></div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">If you find the MMSH useful, please let us know.
