Hi everyone

Welcome to fall quarter! Hope you all had a nice break and are looking
forward to being back.
I wanted to give you a couple of updates.

1. We have been working behind the scenes with the Allen School this summer
to allow ACMS students access to their career board which is an excellent
resource for career development events and activities. You can find the link

students who are currently declared as ACMS majors should have access. If
you have questions or difficulties logging on, please email
advising at math.washington.edu. *Please do not email CSE staff.*


2. I have been working on identifying speakers for a career/networking
series which we will launch this year. If you know of alumni (MATH, STAT,
AMATH or ACMS)  in the local area who are working on interesting things,
please feel free to shoot me an email and let me know.
