Last time this event was held in person (in 2019), it attracted over 200 participants from across Oregon and the surrounding region. It is a great opportunity to learn about exciting new research and to make connections with potential collaborators. Abstract submission is now open. To be considered for a *trainee lightning talk* abstracts must be submitted by *July 31, 2022*. The submission deadline to be considered for a student* poster presentation* is *August 15, 2022*. Students and post-docs in bioengineering or related fields are encouraged to submit an abstract. There will be awards for the best student presentations. Please consider applying to GROW (Graduate Research Opportunities for Women) 2022 , to be held at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina from Friday October 21 ? Sunday October 23. GROW is an annual national conference aimed at increasing the rate of applications by women (cis-gendered, transgendered, or woman-identified) and non-binary students to graduate programs in the mathematical sciences, recently honored as an AMS ?program that makes a difference? . We have an outstanding lineup of speakers and panels planned, along with informal opportunities for conversation and mentorship.
